Hectic!

I always go through stages where I overuse catchphrases. Either popular catchphrases or the made-up variation unique to the people I hang out with. Currently I’m not very unique so I use

amongst others I can’t think of right now.

I also like verbal hashtags like, “hashtag pay your rent”. That won’t make sense, but let’s carry on.

Where normal people respond to things like...

No, not me. I just say HECTIC!

Everything is just HECTIC! What does that even mean? What am I even saying?

In that moment I just fill the gap with good old trusty HECTIC. My vocabulary completely fails me. How about AMAZING, AWESOME, EXCELLENT, FANTASTIC, FABULOUS, GREAT, INCREDIBLE, INEFFABLE, REMARKABLE, SMART, WONDERFUL, SPECTACULAR, STELLAR, STUPENDOUS, SUPER, UNBELIEVABLE? No, I just go for hectic. It’s like I have no soul and I don’t care about people or my brain.

NO MORE! I'm saying NO to hectic and improving my diction cos this is hectic. Okay, that was the last. I promise.
